Appointments

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, we are an appointment only bridal boutique. You can book your appointment here!

Don’t see a preferred date or time online? Give us a call at 780-418-0374.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours if you are unable to make your appointment. Although we don't charge a cancellation fee, we are a small business and by appointment only, last minute cancellations and no-shows impact us.

Can I bring children to my appointment?

We kindly request that only infants in the carrier stage, requiring accompaniment, join you during your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.

When should I start shopping and place my order?

We recommend shopping and placing your wedding gown order anywhere from 10-12 months before your wedding. Please keep in mind, our gowns are made-to-order which means they take 6-8 months to arrive in store.

You will also need 2-3 months for alterations before your big day.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Seamless nude undergarments are always recommended!

Can I wear outdoor shoes?

To maintain a clean and beautiful boutique for your bridal experience, we kindly request that you leave your outdoor shoes at the entrance. Feel free to wear our slippers for added comfort as you browse our store.

Can I bring outdoor food or drink?

We kindly ask you do not bring any outside food or drink into our boutique. We serve complimentary beverages during your appointment with us!

Wedding Dresses

What is the price range of dresses at Le Rêve Boutique?

$1,800-$10,000 + GST. The majority of our gowns fall between $2,500-$4,500.

Tight on time or looking for a deal? We have a selection of one-of-a-kind sample gowns available to purchase off-the-rack.

Can I make customizations to my dress?

Each designer is a little different, in how they approach making modifications to their designs. As a general rule, modifications and customizations are available for an additional fee by certain designers.

What sizes are your sample gowns?

Our sample dresses range from a size 10-18. Each new collection we order from we grow our sample size offerings! Our job as bridal consultants is to help you envision what the dress will look like in your size.

How long does it take for my dress to arrive at Le Rêve Boutique?

Every designer is different! Average production time is 6-8 months. If you are working on a tight timeline, a rush option may be the route for you! Please note, rushes are only offered by some designers and for an additional fee.

Do you have in-house alterations?

Yes! We have a streamlined experience from the moment you say YES to your dress. Once your gown arrives at Le Rêve Boutique, we will schedule you in for your wedding dress alterations 2-3 months before your wedding date.

Trunk Shows

What is a trunk show?

A trunk show is where a particular designer sends a collection of dresses to Le Rêve Boutique for a limited time for brides to view additional styles, outside of our regular curated bridal gown collection. If there is a particular designer you love, we recommend shopping during the designer’s trunk show at Le Rêve Boutique.

Why should I attend a designer trunk show?

Le Rêve Boutique only stocks a few select styles from each bridal designer’s collection. During a trunk show, the bridal designer will bring most or all of the dresses from their collection (or yet-to-be released collections!) to showcase. On some occasions, there is a special offer of 10% your purchase during a trunk show.

Do I need an appointment during a trunk show?

Yes! You will need to book an appointment to attend a designer trunk show at Le Rêve Boutique as demand can be high.

Orders

What is your refund Policy?

All sales are final. Le Rêve Boutique does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges at this time due to the nature of our business. If you have any questions about sizing before placing an order online please email us at bonjour@lereveboutique.ca and we would be happy to assist you.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Le Rêve Boutique is pleased to offer shipping within Canada only for the time being. Our processing time begins when your order is successfully submitted and may take up to 2 business days to process.

How much will shipping cost for my online order?

ONLINE ORDERS ONLY | Free Standard Shipping For Orders Over $250 in Canada.
